Motivated by the love of discovering a new craft, I threw myself into the world of ceramics. I quickly fell in love with the rhythm and freedom I felt while working with clay. These pieces and their illustrations are a celebration of the feeling of playful experimentation. I felt connected to the excitement of learning through doing.
Each plate is thrown on the wheel, hand-painted with engobe and finished with a glossy transparent glaze. They are both food safe and dishwasher safe.
